Quail West recently announced its year to date sales have surpassed $57 million, a 120 percent increase compared to July 2019. Additionally, the average home sales price increased by 12 percent to $3.2 million.

Seagate Development Group and McGarvey Custom Homes currently have models under construction in Quail West. Seagate Development Group has the Oak Hill model and McGarvey Custom Homes has the Fairview.
